Some of the most rewarding experiences is sharing and learning from students.
Muddiest Points
At CityU-Seattle, I worked on asyncronous learning. This is when a student would get points for telling me what he or she struggled with. I would read all these Muddiest Points and compose a lecture based off of that. After a week of the video being posted, I see students improve in their Hands on Labs. This means, there is a delta of 2 weeks from the time a student expresses their difficulty and the student applies my suggestions from the video.
